Ter Scott is currently rating videos; specifically "How to Make Money" videos for his course: How to Make Money YouTube Classroom Training. Scott teaches his students to search YouTube videos using only the search phrase: "How to Make Money" and view videos from all money making opportunities they find in 30 days, take note in their personal journal and after 30 days, pursue the one's that interest them and seem the most lucrative.
In creating his course (which is currently free to use and share; and later will be priced at $99) he is also going through 30 days and creating a journal so students have an idea of how they should document their own notes. Scott is searching for YouTube videos that are about "How to Make Money" and comments on them in his own journal and also publishes his comments here (for all the world to see).
Ter Scott may not stumble upon your "How to Make Money" YouTube video while doing this but on those that he has commented on he has increased traffic to their video!
